Class & Program Descriptions

Triple Threat Program

Discipline: Specialty Program

Class Type: Performance

All Around Performers!

PURE's Creative Arts program is pleased to offer a specialized program, where students are enrolled in a set curriculum of classes designed to produce a student who is equally educated in drama, dance and music.

The student will train and learn within their unit all year long, and they will advance as a group with all of the disciplines.

Class Title: Triple Threat Minis

Student Age: Ages 6 to 8

The Mini TT program offers an introduction to all areas of the arts that build a true Triple Threat performer. The classes are fun and interesting, and the amount of time required for the program is just enough to encourage students to develop at an impressive rate. Minis have the chance to participate in all TT performances, and learn from the older TT students as well as their instructors.

Class Title: Triple Threat Juniors

Student Age: Ages 9 to 12

The Junior Triple Threat program offers students an amazing range of studies at a very important developmental age. The juniors are poised to grow in all areas of the Creative Arts at a rapid rate – it is between the ages of 9-12 that students will see weekly milestones reached, and through this process they will forge strong and beneficial friendships with fellow students. Instructors take the time to guide the juniors through intermediate and early-advanced music, drama and vocal training, while also impressing upon them the importance of building a safe and supportive environment to grow and explore as artists.

Class Title: Triple Threat Teens

Student Age: Ages 13 to 18

The Triple Threat Teen program challenges students to learn and grow as true triple threat performers – artists with a keen understanding of dance, music and drama. In the teen program, students work on advanced techniques in all disciplines, and are often given important roles in any or all of the Triple Threat performances over the course of the year. Students are encouraged to take risks, think and explore their own boundaries, and are also given the opportunity and encouragement needed to be true mentors to younger Triple Threat students.
